We ship across the UK and most international destinations. International shipping times vary by location, typically 7-10 business days.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days except from customization wigs. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Return Policy

20-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 20 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. All items must include original tags and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Opened or used wigs and hair bundles

• Custom-colored or styled products

• Opened hair care products

• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

How to Return

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange products for a different size, color, or style. Follow the same return process and indicate your exchange preference. We'll ship your replacement item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Orders@luxebybeth.co.uk with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
